1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional sourcing partner working directly with ISO9001 and CE certified factories. We do not operate our own production lines, but we do the factory hunting, quality checking, and logistics planning so you get reliable products without the hassle of dealing with multiple manufacturers.
2. I don’t have a model number. Can you still help me find the right product?
Yes. Just send us a clear photo of your existing product – front view, side view, and terminal area. We will identify the series, measure the width (18mm/36mm/54mm/72mm), check the terminal type, and confirm the electrical ratings. No model number is needed. This is our core service.
3. Can your products replace Schneider, ABB, or Chint?
Physically, yes, if three conditions are met: same pole configuration (1P/2P/3P/4P), same width per pole (standard 18mm), and same terminal type (pin or lug). Electrically, match rated current, trip curve (B/C/D), and breaking capacity. Send us a photo of your existing unit, and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
4. What certifications do your products have?
All products from our partner factories are ISO9001 certified for quality management. MCBs comply with IEC/EN 60898. RCCBs comply with IEC/EN 61008-1. Contactors and MCCBs comply with IEC/EN 60947. CE marking is available for applicable products. Test reports and certificates can be provided upon request.
5. What is your minimum order quantity and lead time?
We have no fixed MOQ – small orders are welcome. For popular series like HX MCBs, HD RCCBs, and HC2 contactors, we keep ready stock. Typical lead time is 7-15 days for stock items. For larger or non-standard orders, lead time is 20-30 days. We ship worldwide and can consolidate mixed items in one shipment.
